I have a Kenmore c880 676239J2 freestanding electric range. It heats up but seeminly from the top (broiler) element only (i.e the bottom of the oven is cool.)
The bake element is hidden on this model. I'm hoping that it's just an issue of replacing the part. I've got the part ordered, but a preliminary
attempt at accessing it was unsuccessful. I have the user manual but it's no help. Can you tell me how to get at this hidden element and if there's
anything I should know about replacing it?
